Get to Know Brighton

Brighton, Colorado, is the perfect town to move your family or relocate your business. It is at the crossroads of urban living, agricultural heritage, and a small-town feeling that you just can’t shake.

All Roads Lead to Brighton
With three major highways surrounding the city, it seems like all roads lead to Brighton.  With the proximity of I-76, E-470, Colorado State Highways 85, 7, 6, and 2, along with Buckley Road, Riverdale Road, Brighton Road, Tower Road, and County road 2 1/2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 27 - it seems like all roads really do lead to Brighton!

Brighton is located just 20 minutes from downtown Denver and Denver International Airport. In fact, we’re closer to Denver’s airport than most of Denver! Brighton is truly a hub for shopping, offering an abundance of goods and services for surrounding communities whose residents want to shop locally, away from the bustle and traffic snarl of Denver.

As the county seat for Adams County, Brighton is home to the Adams County Justice Center, Adams County Government Center, and the community-owned, nonprofit Platte Valley Medical Center.
